Residence Inn by Marriott Pensacola Downtown

I went there the night before my check in to surprise my girlfriend with some Valentines Day gifts. I wanted her to walk in the room with her gifts waiting there for her. The night manager said there was no way she could do it. One of the desk employees, Ms. Cindy, was able to keep the items for me and was able to place them in the room before my gf got there. She went above and beyond for her customer and should be recognized for her extremely generous hospitality. She is truely a wonderful person and an asset to your team.

Property was very clean, conveniently located to the arena walking distance.

Staff. Breakfast. Location. Rooms.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility. I also liked the friendly staff and their willingness to offer their assistance when I needed it after falling bathroom.
